I have used crystals, rocks and stones, bark, feathers, sand, seaweed and many more of Gaia’s gifts. I have been sleeping with crystals on top of me and in my bed beside me for many years and feel the healing, balancing, relaxing and rejuvenating benefits of them. I continue to sleep with Rose Quartz on top of me every night. I have 3 sizes that have all spoken to me and they have let me know what their energy represents.
